Method

Start with the money problem. Then write code.

Every project follows the same discipline I use in the field: understand what's actually costing you customers, build the smallest thing that fixes it, and hand you the keys.

1 · Diagnose

We talk about your business, not your tech. Where do leads leak? What eats your hours? What do customers hit first when they try to reach you?

2 · Build small, ship fast

Most projects deliver in days, not months. No templates, no bloat — custom code on free-tier infrastructure (Cloudflare), so there's nothing to rent forever.

3 · Hand over control

You get admin pages you can actually use — edit your chatbot, your content, your records yourself. I build myself out of the loop on purpose.

Mini Business Communication Audit

Answer six questions honestly and get a letter grade for how your business looks to a customer trying to reach you. The full audit — with evidence, screenshots, and a fix plan — is what we'd do together.

There's a task you do every single day that software should be doing.

You already know what it is — you thought of it just now. That's usually where we start.
