Method

Start with the money problem. Then write code.

Every project follows the same discipline I use in the field: start with a money problem, or a time issue — somewhere you feel like you could reclaim some of that time back, often a repetitive task eating your day. Understand what's actually costing you, build the smallest thing that fixes it, and hand you the keys.

The method

Three steps, every single project.

1 · Diagnose

We talk about your business, not your tech. Where do leads leak? What eats your hours? What do customers hit first when they try to reach you?

2 · Build small, ship fast

Most projects deliver in days, not months. No templates, no bloat — custom code on free-tier infrastructure (Cloudflare), so there's nothing to rent forever.

3 · Hand over control

You get admin pages you can actually use — edit your chatbot, your content, your records yourself. I build myself out of the loop on purpose.

How the machine works

From a knock on a door to a signed deal — software at every step.

This is the actual pipeline my own sales system runs, every day. Watch the data move.

The Field doors · calls · leads Command Center 42,893 scored records routes · intel · CRM AI Agents research · drafting watchdog · assistant QA Gate 1,400 rules nothing ships ungated Revenue sent · booked · won

There's a task you do every single day that software should be doing.

You already know what it is — you thought of it just now. That's usually where we start.
